I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Farnborough West - Southwood! The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful, especially when I needed some printed materials. The young lady at reception happily printed them for me, and even thought to do double-sided printing to save paper. The room was also great, with a good size and a huge bed. I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed, it was first class. the hotel provided excellent facilities and amenities.

The hotel provided 2 fans to combat the heatwave, and they even offered sheets instead of duvets, which was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated having a choice of soft or firm pillows, ensuring a comfortable sleep.

Our stay was marred by a few negative aspects. The automatic air circulation unit in the room was incredibly noisy and kept turning on throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
